I am wondering what you all think about these changes to the subtitle just below "The CC GreenPad" at the top of the page:
1) Include "EnAct-sponsored" since it is EnAct that created it and since EnAct is is seeking to facilitate bettern communication and coordination within the CC green movement, and would like to be recognized for that role.
2)I suggest we call it "Colorado College's green movement" without the capitals since it's not an official title.
3) I think we should only include reference to "student" when next to "green movement," not as part of "student-inspired," since I think the latter's a bit to long.
4) Make the forum for the green movement directly, rather than to address it, to give a direct sense of ownership of the blog to all members of the green movement.
My suggestion:
"A forum for Colorado College's student green movement - hosted by EnAct"
or include reference to EnAct in the top of the right-hand section of the page, rather than in the top title bar ... like above the "It's not easy being Kermit"

Wiley Rogers, after taking part in a meeting of the members of next year's EnAct, created the blog as an EnAct institution - the purposes being to facilitate communication and collaboration within the CC green community with the goal of strengthening individual organizations on one level, and creating a stronger, more unified student environmental voice that we can assert in the College's decision-making. Ideally that is the role EnAct will play next year -- the facilitor group to bring green groups together -- and the GreenPad helps EnAct fulfill that role.

Thanks for bringing this up, Charlie. My two cents on the banner changes are that yes, changes are needed, however I wouldn't call the green movement at CC a student movement.
This blog is already beyond student boundaries with DeLaHunt and Reuer posting here, so limiting it to a student spectrum is sadly non-inclusive. Let's keep it simply the green movement at CC, or the CC green movement-- one of the two.
As for mentioning EnAct, let's also do that, but over on the right sidebar above the Kermit quote.
